Thursday and Friday were Taylor and Hunters Christmas parties at school. This year because they got out early on Friday they did them on different days. I like this better because then I'm not rushing around from classroom to classroom. On Friday the kids could wear a red or green Christmas shirt and jeans. It's always a big deal when they don't have to wear their uniforms. Also Hunter's class got to wear their pj's to school on Friday. He was super excited because he got to wear his new Christmas jammies. Hunter's class also got to watch the Polar Express. What a fun couple of days for them.

Waiting for the party to begin.
Painting her ornament for the tree. YIKES, there's tons of paint inside there, hope it dries!
YUMMY! An ice cream ornament. Needless to say this didn't make it home to the tree.
While Hunter's teacher read The Night Before Christmas, the kids passed around gifts.
Finally time to open the gifts.
Hunter showing his gift. We love Dr. Seuss.
